Whilst on a low-carb diet, you are going to lose even more water. Don’t shun fresh fruit for the sake of following your low carb diet to the letter. It will also point you in the right direction to start your Low Carb diet research and find the best Low Carb diet for you.
Be willing to stick to your chosen Low Carb diet. It is much easier to restrict calories when you are on a low carb diet, because you won’t feel as hungry as with high-carb diets.
